Curator Wine Co Barossa Valley 2021 Grenache - Case of 6

From an old vine vineyard in Seppeltsfield planted in the early 1900s, this Grenache comes from sandy loam soils ideal for producing savoury, structured wines rather than overly sweet styles. Handpicked with 20% whole bunch, it was open-fermented, then matured for 8 months in seasoned French oak with natural malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is a more serious take on Grenache, still vibrant and juicy but with added depth, structure, and length.
