Our Winter 2026 Season Pack brings together six carefully selected Barossa wines chosen for the fire, the pot on the stove and the long evening.
Beginning with luminous old-vine Grenache, the collection moves through layered Shiraz, a deeply concentrated Cabernet Shiraz blend and structured Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a deliberate progression from freshness to depth, created for generous winter tables, slow-cooked dishes, quiet fireside drinking and patient cellaring.
Each wine has been personally selected by Michael Williams for its individual character and its place within the collection, from the bright opening pour to the centrepiece bottle built to reward years in the cellar.
